It covers the Site only; use of the JamEMR clinical product is governed by separate written agreements, including pilot agreements, service agreements, and Business Associate Agreements with covered entities.

We measure Site usage with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is designed to work without cookies or browser storage. It gives us aggregate statistics only. It does not track you across other websites, does not build individual profiles, and involves no advertising technology. We do not sell any data.
4. Your Choices
Because the Site sets no cookies, there is nothing to accept or decline, and you will not see a cookie banner. If you want to remove the theme preference, you can clear the Site’s data in your browser settings at any time; the Site will simply fall back to its default appearance.
